Office Manager - First National AC & Co
Tracey has been in the real estate industry for more than 12 years, being offered a part time position with a small boutique agency following her work experience in high school. She then joined the team First National Mulgrave in 2015 and has since grown from her role as a Sales Assistant, Rental Administrator, Property Manager and is now our Office Manager.
She has an appreciation for all things property, she believes that the most important aspects to her role are exceptional people skills, communication, focus, honesty and a strong work ethic.
On top of running the day to day procedures that keep our office thriving, Tracey is also our head of our Marketing Department where she naturally adapts to the always evolving marketing trends & ensures our office is fully equipped to provide all of our customers the best marketing and exposure for their property.
Tracey has also achieved her Agents Representative Certificate.
